- Built the plan with the principal engineer; presented to CTO/CPO.
- Owned rollout: onboarding → testing → remediation.

- 3 major + 80 minor/maintenance releases shipped.
- Owned readiness, cut criteria, sign-off, comms.

- Set up a dedicated Slack + live Zoom to end the standoff.
